Unavailability of CDU services due to emergency maintenance work - 11th & 12June 2009
12/06/2009 11:15 Update - The UK Federation authentication system has now been restored, logins to all CDU services is working as normal. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Emergency maintenance work on the Mimas servers providing authentication for CDU services, as well as other ESRC Census Programme services hosted at Mimas is scheduled from 10:00 am on Thursday, 11 June 2009.
Although most of the services will continue to run normally, users will be unable to login to use them via either UK Federation or Athens routes.
Census Programme services affected will include:
- Casweb
- GeoConvert
- Experian downloads
- LCT
- Surpop
- WICID
- SARs
It is anticipated that the period of unavailability will last for approximately two hours. The CDU would like to apologise to users of its services for any inconvenience caused.
