Problems logging in to CDU and other Census Programme services
Update 18/05/09 12:15hrs Athens authentication has now been restored and is available to use, UK Federation has now been restored also. CDU Services are fully available
Although most of the services are running normally users are unable to authenticate (login) in order to use them.
Services affected:
- Casweb
- GeoConvert
- Experian downloads
- LCT
- Surpop
- CIDER
Efforts are being made to restore access to these services as quickly as is possible.
The CDU apologises to users for the unavailability of its services.
The break in service started at 20:15hrs on 14/05/09, services were fully available again at 12:15hrs on 18/05/09.
