Temporary unavailability of CDU Athens authenticated services; 18/1/07 - 19/1/07
Due to a power failure at The University of Manchester, some MIMAS services, including those CDU services requiring Athens authentication, were unavailable from approximately 1:30pm yesterday (Thursday 18/1/07) until 3:00pm today (Friday 19/1/07).
The CDU services affected were:
- Casweb
- Convert
- Experian downloads
- Surpop
- LCT
The problem was beyond the control of the CDU's staff, but other staff at the University worked hard to restore the services as quickly as possible. The CDU apologises for any inconvenience caused to users.
