There are five wards in the Moyle district council of Northern Ireland for which Standard Tables outputs were produced by NISRA, but which are missing from the 2001 Area Classification dataset. These are (with usually resident populations):
- 95UU04 Bushmills - 761
- 95UU07 Dunseverick - 775
- 95UU11 Glenshesk - 942
- 95UU13 Kinbane - 811
- 95UU15 Moss-side and Moyarget - 823
On further investigation, it looks as though Area Classification data for these wards has been restricted due to their being below the 1000 usually resident persons threshold that was applied for release of ST data in England and Wales, even though this threshold was not applied in Northern Ireland.
It is also suspected that the Area Classification values for the only other sub-threshold wards in NI, also in Moyle DC and possibly some other wards in Moyle DC relate to aggregations of these wards with the wards in the first list due to the restriction being applied.:
- 95UU01 Armoy - 942
- 95UU02 Ballylough - 941
- 95UU03 Bonamargy and Rathlin - 939
- 95UU05 Carnmoon - 815
The CDU have taken the steps of withdrawing access to Area Classification data for all wards in Moyle while this problem is resolved.
